Poop Rescues, LLC works Monday through Saturday from 8am to 4pm. Service days are pre-arranged and determined by customer location.
Holidays
Poop Rescues, LLC observes the following holidays and will be closed for business: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July Fourth, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. If your service day falls on one of the above holidays, your service will be rescheduled for another day within a week.
Unforeseen emergency
In the event of an emergency that renders Poop Rescues is unable to service your yard, you will be serviced within 2 to 3 days. We will notify you if service will be delayed longer than 2 to 3 days.
Severe weather
In the event of service-limiting weather, service will not take place on your designated day. If we miss a day because of weather we will resume service as soon as possible, and contact you regarding your make-up day.
“Re-scoop doo” guarantee
We’re working hard to build a reputation of reliable, quality service. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with our service, we will come back to your home or business and re-scoop within 24 hours. You’re a valued customer and we’ll work with you to resolve any issue to your satisfaction.
Excessive ground cover
Poop Rescues provides a “re-scoop doo” guarantee. However, if the serviced property is overgrown with grass, leaves, other ground cover or debris, Poop Rescues reserves the right to void the guarantee.
Billing
Poop Rescues bills according to your service plan. Please see below.
If you have a 1x a week plan, your invoice will be mailed after your 4th service visit.
If you have a 2x a week plan, your invoice will be mailed after your 8th service visit.
If you have a every other week plan, your invoice will be mailed after your 2nd service visit.
Your invoice will be mailed (electronically per your request) on the last service day of your plan each month. Payment is due 15 days after the invoice date. There is a $20 returned check fee, and a $10 late fee if payment is not post marked by the due date. We accept cash onsite, check, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.
You can also pay as you go if you would like.
Change of service date
As our customer base grows we may need to change your service day. This will allow us to schedule our route more efficiently within the neighborhoods and areas we service. You will be notified if a change of service day is necessary.
Donations
If you choose for us to donate to the ASPCA® , Poop Rescues, LLC will make a donation once we receive payment. Click Here to visit our ASPCA Ambassador website to track our donations.
If you choose to donate to a Rescue League or Shelter we will make a donation on your behalf once you accumulate $20.00 worth of donations in your donation bank. If you decide to stop service, any amount in the donation bank will be donated.
You will receive a donation bank statement with every invoice to see how much we have donated due to you using our service.
